Check-in
Check-in takes place at the Omoda boutique, located on the ground floor, and is available until 5:00 PM from Tuesday to Sunday on the day of arrival. Our hotel operates with digital keys, which you will receive via WhatsApp and/or email after payment. Starting at 10:00 AM, a delicious cappuccino will be waiting for you at the Omoda boutique, and you are welcome to drop off your luggage if needed. If your room is ready, you may check in earlier, but this is subject to availability.

Check-in on Mondays or after 5:00 PM
If you wish to check in after 5:00 PM, this is certainly possible, but we kindly ask you to check in online beforehand. You will receive the digital check-in instructions via WhatsApp and/or email. Payment must be completed in advance, and you are required to fill in the requested details online before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-refundable rate: The booking cannot be changed or canceled.
• Refundable rate: The booking can be canceled up to 7 days before arrival. If canceled within 7 days of arrival, the full reservation price will be charged.
